Tracking Information

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for shipped orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package has been shipped.

Delays

Lost Packages, Delayed Packages, or Packages Marked as Delivered

We will review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier if needed. If the package is confirmed lost or cannot be located, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
